35% APA is standard
1 week minimum booking during July & August
For less than a week please divide the weekly rate by 6
Tax Status: The rates do not include the VAT
Charterer pays the VAT in all cases when applicable
A crew gratuity is customary however is given at the charterer's discretion.
Contracts: MYBA Charter Agreement revised 2017 (e-contract)
