Mahogany construction throughout; she has a gaff rig offering a classic look and handles well as a sail boat and can be considered one of the faster gulets under sail due to her careful construction. She is almost 100ft in length while still maintaining a 24M freeboard length to keep within the lower length regulations. She benefits from being fully air conditioned throughout. There has been a newly reconditioned Perkins 600 Generator fitted by the original electrical company who outfitted the boat on building. In early 2012 a new wooden deck was laid and all wooden areas and windows that were in need of repair were attended to and any water ingress sealed. A 40 inch flat screen tv and inside and out sound system have been installed as well as a 2 seat inflatable BIC canoe. There is a 50HP hard body speedboat suitable for all water sports. The kitchen was refurbished with a custom made oven and hob in 2012 and has fitted fridges beneath the seating of the saloon and fitted fridges in the kitchen area with marble work tops. There is sufficient cooking and preparation equipment ready for service. There is also a stand-alone upright freezer and a beer fridge behind the bar. Meals may be served inside or out on either of the solid mahogany extendable tables that seat 12 to 14. All of the 6 forward cabins have shower cubicles with hot water and electric toilets and the aft master cabin has a wet room with a washing machine. There are sunbeds on the foredeck and the forward cabin windows have screens for privacy. There is a Cummins 400 engine with low hours due to personal use only prior to current ownership. The boat has all the requisite navigational equipment and had a new Garmin GPS system was fitted in 2012 as was new smoke and fire detection system. All lifesaving equipment is current.
