Available for Exuma visits on day charters. A fuel surge charge will apply.

- 8 hour cruise
- Continental Breakfast, Surf and Turf Lunch, Snacks, Open Bar and Beverages for up to 12 guests. (house wines, beer and standard liquor – no premium brands)
- Dockage at Yacht haven Marina is also included but transportation at Yacht Haven Marina is charterer's expense.

Over the years, she worked tirelessly, earning her stripes as an accomplished and charter-savvy captain. Her extensive experience has made her an expert in providing guests with unforgettable yachting experiences.

Sophie Brown, born in the heart of England, is a passionate Deck/Stewardess who has embarked on a journey of adventure and hospitality. Hailing from Plymouth, nestled amidst rolling countryside and pristine beaches, Sophie's upbringing was marked by the values of family and exploration. She is the proud sibling of six.
Sophie's early years were filled with an active pursuit of sports, particularly netball and swimming. This early exposure to physical activities instilled in her a sense of discipline and teamwork, traits that would prove invaluable in her later endeavours.
Sophie's voyage into the world of yachting commenced a mere 2 years ago. Captain Rachel, her aunt, persuaded her to embrace the yachting lifestyle, promising a breathtaking odyssey to explore the world. This decision marked a pivotal turning point in Sophie's career.
Before her immersion into the world of yachting, Sophie honed her skills in the hospitality industry, perfecting the art of catering to diverse needs and creating unforgettable experiences for guests. Her transition into the yachting realm was seamless, a testament to her dedication to providing exceptional service.
As a Deck/Stewardess onboard 7 KNOTS, Sophie has a multitude of responsibilities but her top priority is to establish a serene and inviting atmosphere onboard and foster a harmonious crew dynamic. Sophie believes that a happy crew translates into a seamless guest experience. Her goal is to provide guests with a combination of comfort, convenience, and charm during their time onboard 7 KNOTS.

Aaron Everly | Chef
Aaron Everly, a culinary virtuoso with a flair for crafting gastronomic masterpieces, takes the position of Chef aboard 7 KNOTS. Armed with a formidable array of certifications and a passion for culinary artistry, Aaron elevates every charter to a symphony of flavours and dining experiences.
Aaron's journey into the world of cuisine began with a stellar academic record, including a Catering Single Award in 2013 and a string of diplomas that attest to his commitment to culinary excellence. His Diploma in Professional Chefs and Food Service at Levels one and two, both awarded with distinctions in June 2014 and 2015, laid the foundation for his culinary skills. Subsequently, he achieved the coveted Professional Pastry Chef Level 3 with distinction in June 2016, further solidifying his reputation as a master in the galley.
Born and raised in a quaint coastal town in Cornwall, England, Aaron grew up surrounded by the beauty of the southwest coast. With three sisters, his upbringing was rich in friendship and shared family experiences. As a child, Aaron was a genuine sports enthusiast, excelling in a diverse range of activities, including football, rugby and cricket. His proclivity for outdoor adventures remained a defining feature of his youth until he discovered his culinary calling during a school cooking course.
At the tender age of 16, Aaron took his first step towards a culinary career. His journey started as a commis chef, setting the stage for a transformative career. Under the mentorship of renowned chef Anton Piotrowski, a former winner of MasterChef in the southwest of England, Over the course of a decade, Aaron honed his skills in the culinary world, gracing the kitchens of prestigious hotels and restaurants while learning from some of the industry's most celebrated chefs.
Beyond yachting, his heart belongs to Noosa, a charming town on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia. It was here that he lived and worked as a chef, forging deep connections with the local culture, cuisine, and the bountiful ingredients that define the region.
Aaron's aspirations within the yachting realm are simple yet profound: to find happiness while exploring the diverse corners of the globe. Outside of yachting, his dreams extend to entrepreneurship, envisioning a culinary venture that may take the form of a restaurant or a cosy coastal café.
In his role as a yacht chef, Aaron strives to delight guests with his culinary creations. He prides himself on his versatility, demonstrating expertise in preparing a wide array of cuisines, from classic French and Italian to the vibrant flavours of Cantonese, Thai, Japanese, Middle Eastern, and British fare. Aaron's proficiency extends to accommodating a spectrum of dietary requirements, ensuring every guest enjoys a personalized and exceptional dining experience.
