Starting his career at sea, he worked as a deckhand aboard S/Y ENTERPRISE then as a technician and First Mate aboard S/Y MARIE JOSEPH. He has since gained vast experience in the role of captain aboard Sunreef vessels: working as a relief captain for M/Y ATHENA TOO, captain for S/Y MARIE JOSEPH and in his most recent role he worked as the relief captain abord SEAZEN II herself- meaning he is more than familiar with her workings. He therefore is proficient in navigation, mooring operations, safety protocol, and crew management. Job Description
Mark oversees the navigation, general operations, and financial management of the vessel, as well as the well-being and safety of both the crew and guests. He maintains the yacht's efficient functioning at all times, ensuring strict compliance with hazard protocols and regulations. He further takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state laws, and local regulations, managing the crew to guarantee full comprehension and compliance with the vessel's policies. In delegating tasks and supervising the crew's activities, he fosters teamwork and personalised growth.

Prior to this, she was Sole Stewardess on the 80ft SUNREEF S/Y MARIE-JOSEPH, where she managed hospitality, provisioning, and housekeeping. Her experience extends beyond yachting, with roles in event coordination, interior design, and property management, including positions as Hospitality Manager at Blacktree Property Group and freelance projects in event planning and design. Dorina’s well-rounded skill set and dedication to excellence make her a valuable addition to any team.

Job description
Doria is responsible for organization, management and cleanliness of all interiors. She maintains an accurate inventory of all service items and supplies. She ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to any and all guest trips. In charge of vessel provisioning for both guests and crew, and all aspects of daily life. When guests are onboard, she ensures they are properly cared for and that all their requirements are met.

Sitraka is an experienced chef with a strong background in luxury hospitality and yachting. Over the past decade, he has held key positions in high-pressure environments, including Executive Chef at the Louvre Hotel **** in Madagascar, where he led a team of 21 kitchen staff, developed innovative training programs, and introduced sustainable menu options. Transitioning to the yachting industry, Sitraka worked as Chef aboard the Sunreef Yacht 80, ATHENA TOO, where he was responsible for creating seasonal menus, managing galley operations, and catering to a variety of dietary preferences, including meals for children and crew. As well as cooking, he is also passionate for jazz, and outdoor activities such as football and cycling.

Job Description
As the Chef, Sitraka is responsible for the crew and guest meals throughout the charter, ensuring that the food is enjoyable, the interior of the yacht is clean and serviceable, and that all dietary requirements are met. He is a creative cook, varying her meals to provide variety and according to the location of SEAZEN II, to have as much relevance as possible to the region being visited.
