Captain Pedro was born and raised in Uruguay where he studied music and piano. At the age of 20, he moved to North Carolina, where he continued his music and sound engineering courses before working in music production and AV/IT engineering. At the age of 24, he entered the yachting industry as a first officer before working his way up to captain. Pedro is the youngest of 7 Brothers and 2 Sisters, with a few of his siblings being seaman as well.
With a lifetime at sea in a wide variety of vessels, sea zones, climates, and maritime customs, Pedro has a proven track record. He is a natural leader who always prioritizes the safety of both guests and crew. Often described as accountable and clearthinking, recognized for mentoring, mediating, and supporting others. Pedro ensures the yacht is maintained at the highest of standards, with no detail left unnoticed. Cruising Alaska, Canada, the Virgin Islands, the Bahamas, and more, he is well-traveled and well versed. Ewelina grew up in Kaczaki, a small but beautiful village in Poland. During Ewelina’s childhood, her parents had a farm so after school, most of her days were spent helping them with any extra work. Ever since she can remember, sports and music have always been her passions, and she has earned
several distinctions in singing. Ewelina’s biggest dream was to travel and meet new people. Since both of these opportunities are provided through
yachting, she was led towards the industry a few years ago. She first began freelancing in Spain during her summers before joining the crew of a 126’ motor yacht full time and also spent a year on 75' BELLA SKY in the Bahamas/New England areas. Ewelina wants all guests to leave with a satisfaction-filled experience and tons of memories. She is dedicated to providing unparalleled service and leaves no detail behind. Ewelina can’t wait to welcome guests on board LADY B for a once and a lifetime charter experience.

Born in South Africa and driven by a passion for the ocean, Justin crossed continents to chase his dream in the American yachting industry. He embarked on his maritime journey at the age of 24 and worked at the Royal Cape Yacht Club in Cape Town as a day worker and deckhand, where he obtained his SAS Day Skipper Certification. More recently, Justin spent almost two years as a deck hand aboard 145’ ALL IN, working closely with people of all levels within the industry. Bringing a blend of international flair and a love for the sea, Justin is an integral part of the LADY B crew. His commitment to ensuring the yacht's smooth operation and dedication to guest satisfaction, make him a standout Mate. With Justin on board, expect a unique and exceptional yachting experience that reflects his enthusiasm and professionalism. Justin’s hobbies and interests include scuba diving and free diving, wind surfing, amateur chemistry/physics, programming/game development, painting, music and acting.

Ron Bernard Johnson, a proud son of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, discovered his passion for culinary arts at St. Augustine's College. Graduating in 1998, he found direction at the Bahamas Hotel Training College, excelling in the Culinary Skills program and becoming a Chef Apprentice at Atlantis Resort & Casino. Eager to expand his knowledge, he pursued a Culinary Arts Bachelor's degree at Johnson & Wales University, overcoming setbacks to graduate in 2006. Choosing a non-conventional path, Ron showcased his skills through teaching, private chef freelancing, and working on remote islands and yachts. His diverse experiences led to invaluable networking and references, setting the foundation for his successful culinary career. He looks forward to welcoming you to his galley and table aboard 85’ LADY B.
